Court Appointed Receivership

Court Appointed Receivership

The Court can appoint an individual (not necessarily an Insolvency Practitioner) to take charge of assets which are subject to a legal dispute.

The appointee’s role is to settle the dispute where a disagreement has arisen between owners, directors and/or shareholders of an incorporated or unincorporated business.

The company or business concerned need not be insolvent for the appointment to be made.
